Card Timeline+ Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Card Timeline+, a Trello Power-Up operated by the independent developer behind nikaj.dev. By installing, authorizing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Card Timeline+ helps Trello users view card movement history, time in list, card badges, and short-lived export handoff context for Board Export+. It is a timeline and analytics aid—not a full Trello backup, archive, or compliance system of record.

Launch Pricing

Card Timeline+ is currently free during its launch period. No payment or subscription is required to use the currently available features. Optional paid plans or premium features may be introduced in the future. Users will be notified in advance, and pricing will be clearly displayed before any payment is required.

Trello Dependency

Card Timeline+ uses the Trello API under your authorization. Your use of Trello remains subject to Atlassian’s terms and policies. Card Timeline+ is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Trello, Inc. or Atlassian. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect boards and process board metadata in your workspace.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risk.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for using Card Timeline+ in compliance with their Trello workspace policies and applicable laws. Access can be revoked from Trello or by uninstalling the Power-Up.

Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your Trello content. You grant us the rights needed to process metadata required to provide the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed. Timeline accuracy depends on Trello webhook delivery, API availability, and when the Power-Up was installed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you use a free plan. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
