Tracking

When does tracking start?

When Card Timeline+ is installed on the board. Moves before that are not recorded.

Why is a list called "Unknown list"?

The card moved before Card Timeline+ captured that list name, or the list was deleted.

Does Card Timeline+ track comments or descriptions?

No. Only list moves — where the card traveled in your workflow.

Badges

Why is my badge empty?

The card may not have moved yet, or badges are turned off in settings. Reload the board after changing settings.

Can I show both time and moves?

One badge mode per board: Time in stage or Moves.

Export

Why is Export disabled?

The card needs at least one tracked list move. Move it once, then try again.

Do I need Board Export+?

Yes. Export opens Board Export+ with this card's timeline data pre-loaded.

Privacy

Is Card Timeline+ free?

Yes. Card Timeline+ is free to use — no payment or subscription is required.

How do I delete my data?
