Card badges
Badges show workflow status on the card front — no need to open the card.
Badge types
| Mode | Example | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Time in stage | 2d in QA | Spotting stuck work |
| Moves | Moved 4x | Cards bouncing between lists |
Configure
Open Card Timeline+ Settings from the board Timeline button or the Power-Up settings menu.
On the Badge tab:
- Check Show on cards to turn badges on or off.
- Pick Time in stage or Moves.
- Preview updates live.
Badges refresh when the board reloads. They may lag briefly after a move.
Stage warnings
On the Warning tab, enable alerts when a card stays in one list too long. Warnings appear in the timeline summary as Needs attention.
